Paringa River, New Zealand

Back in 2013 Nick McQuoid told us about a Futuro reported to be located somewhere around the mouth of the Paringa River in the West Coast Region of New Zealand’s South Island and it was relatively easy to find it in Google Maps. However until now we had never come across a single photo of the unit.

In an email we received yesterday from Nick McQuoid we learned there was a Futuro, accessible only by boat, located somewhere around the mouth of the Paringa River in the West Coast Region of New Zealand’s South Island. After a little time in Google Maps, Google Earth and Bing Maps we were able to pinpoint the Futuros location at 43°38’25.10″S 169°26’13.35″E.
